New Dawn - Exhibitor Booking Form
Pitch requirements -
Please note: The cost of each pitch will be up to £75* and will include a 6ft table, two chairs and a power point. Please contact Claire White to discuss your pitch location. We will confirm which pitch you have been allocated in your welcome pack. We encourage you to bring your own display boards. Please use the comments box at the end of this form if you any special requirements, for example extra floor space for large displays, extra tables etc. Alternatively, contact Claire White.
* £75 is the maximum you will be charged per pitch. We will reimburse each organisation where possible if extra funding is received towards event costs. Payments must be made by cheque on application. Address details for payment will be provided on submission of this form.
