Leaders, teachers, community workers, parents and anyone else who works with young people should be at New Dawn 2008. Whoever you are, we believe that there is going to be something for you on the day.

We often hear parents comment that it is quite hard to find out what activities are relevant for their young people. Parent might be anxious to know that any clubs their children are involved in are legitimate and well run.

"It would be great to have a list of everything out there so that we can make decisions together about how they spend their time and what they do."

New Dawn is a chance to come and meet the organisations, volunteers and get a real feel for what is out there. We have also met professionals that provide resources to youth activities in the area. New Dawn is an opportunity for local businesses and service providers to meet the organisations and find ways of working together.
